- Shipping charges are not refundable under any Circumstances. Return shipping is at your expense (Non-Refundable), using the carrier of your choice. Please make sure you keep a tracking number for your records. Unfortunately, we do not refund original shipping cost paid to have any order shipped to you as this is a service that is paid to FedEx, UPS or USPS to have your order delivered.
- Please be sure to check the size chart IF THERE IS ANY DOUBT!
- (If you EXCHANGE due to size or style, we exchange at our shipping expense.)
- Merchandise must be received within 20 calendar days after you receive your shipment and must be in brand new condition.
If the return is missing the original packaging or tags, or if it
looks worn, or if it is in wrinkled condition, etc. it will be sent
back to you.
- You are responsible for returning unwanted merchandise back to us. Please include a copy of your original packing slip or other information we may need to credit your account. We highly recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number and insurance . . . we are not responsible for lost merchandise. Be sure to let us know if you would like an exchange or a refund. Original Shipping charges are not refundable.
International Shipping
All International Orders are shipped by USPS Priority. Shipping rates will be estimated at check out. We are unable to refund any shipping charges or make exceptions.. "Due to the High Shipping Costs, All International SALES ARE FINAL." We do not offer exchanges or refunds for International Shipping and our 15 Day Exchange Or Return Policy does not apply to your order. Please contact us by using the "Contact Us" and we will work out the shipping charges with you.
Please understand that we carry very high quality merchandise and we take great pride and care to see to it that your merchandise is in perfect condition , therefore, we expect the same of you. If we do not receive the merchandise in perfect condition, it will be sent back to you without a refund.
